Originally from the east coast, Kacy moved to Iowa in 2001 and has built a 30+ year career as an executive leader across higher education, workforce development, and business transformation. As a first-generation college graduate who started working at 15 and funded her own education, she knows firsthand what it takes to pioneer a path to success when the odds aren't in your favor.

Today, Kacy is CEO and Founder of Profit Quiver (www.profitquiver.com) , a business transformation consulting firm where she partners with executive leaders on human-centered change—helping organizations hit their business targets with precision while keeping people at the center. As an entrepreneur and collaboration with Mindset Innovations Consulting, she created The Precision X System (www.precisionxs.com), a B2B framework that helps organizations uncover hidden revenue, eliminate inefficiencies, and scale with purpose. Her credentials include certifications in AI Consulting, AI Implementation, Data Science, AI Leadership, and AI Culture Adoption, positioning her at the forefront of responsible, human-centered technology integration.

Her executive background includes serving as Campus President and Market President managing multi-million dollar P&L operations, and Senior Director of Market Strategy & Insights at ACT. She's closed major B2B partnerships, led teams through complex transformations, and earned recognition including Campus Dean of the Year. Her philosophy is simple: transformation starts with people, not technology.

With a deep passion for equity and education, Kacy is drawn to missions that create pathways for others—which is why serving on the Starts Right Here Advisory Council matters to her. She believes everyone deserves someone in their corner who says "yes" when they can help.
