Kate Wolfe is an advocate for stong community, people-centered corporate culture and open communication. She currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, on the Executive Leadership Team for Bank Iowa, a family-owned company with $1.7 billion in assets and 275 team members.
Wolfe’s efforts to support strong communities in Iowa extend far beyond the 23 cities Bank Iowa serves. She currently serves as a board member for Children and Families of Iowa and volunteers with Waukee Area Christian Services.
Prior to joining Bank Iowa in 2015, Wolfe supported and led human resources teams at Hy-Vee, Liberty Bank, Kum & Go and Target Corporation.
Wolfe has a PHR, SHRM-CP designation, a Professional in Human Resources accreditation from HRCI, and recently became a Certified Strength Coach through Gallup. She and her husband Lucas are the parents of twin boys and reside in Waukee. Wolfe is a graduate of Iowa State University and holds a bachelor's degree in communications.
